OUR DELIVERY POLICY (WEBSTORE)
All our webstore deliveries are handled by Diamond Logistics LTD. Orders will be despatched within 48 hours of placing an order, and a sent on a 48 hour delivery service. Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays. Please note we're unable to ship to PO box and freepost addresses.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Mill Hill Brew Co Webshop. You will then receive another email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and A) is ready for collection OR B) with tracking information once your order has been despatched. To enhance this experience, use the yodel app which you can download here. In the app you can arrange a safe place, rearrange a delivery time and track your order and so much more to give you the best information around when you will receive your order. Please note that tracking events may take a few hours to load, so don't worry if it doesn't show you details of delivery immediately. Please also check your junk mail if you feel you have not received delivery notification.
If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.
AGE VERIFICATION
If you have placed an order for beer, an adult signature may be required when you receive your order. By clicking 'I confirm I am at least 18 years of age' when accessing the site, you are confirming that you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence.
VAT & CUSTOMS/IMPORT CHARGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS
As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all our online webshop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we can waiver.
Orders (including gifts) may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them before ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred before processing any refund.
